
Brayden Epping of Knoxville pled guilty to a burglary and assault charge in Marion County District Court Thursday and was sentenced to up to 12 years in prison.
Twenty-year-old Epping pleaded guilty Thursday to one count of Attempted Burglary in the 1st Degree, with Bodily Injury Resulting (Class C Felony) and one count of Assault While Participating in a Felony. Epping also stipulated that he had violated his probation in other matters. He was sentenced to prison, with a term not to exceed 12 years. The incident in what Epping was sentenced for occurred on March 11th, when Epping and another man broke into a home and assaulted two different individuals.
