Knoxville’s Koby Higginbotham’s track season is not quite over as he has been selected to the Iowa Association of Track Coaches Spotlight Meet this Saturday in Iowa City to run against the top eight hurdlers in the state in all classes. Higginbotham will then travel to the Nike Outdoor Nationals meet in Eugene, Oregon. He will run in the 110 high hurdles on Saturday June 22nd in the Championship level and may also compete in the 400 hurdles the next day. Higginbotham last week at the State Track and Field Meet finished 2nd in the 110 high hurdles with the 44th best time in the nation at :13.77. He also finished third in the 400 hurdles in a time of :52.17.
