The Pella Wellness Consortium will continue their wellness series “Managing Stress – Living Your Best Life” with their For Body, Mind, and Soul Yoga Event. The event, instructed by Shay Vande Lune, provides community members the opportunity to learn about and participate in yoga. The free event is part of the wellness series that serves to help with the emotional health and well-being of residents by teaching skills and resources to help manage stress levels. For Body, Mind, and Soul is for those 18 years of age or older, and those wanting to participate can bring their own mat. The event will be held on Tuesday, June 24th at 6:30 pm at Selah Studio, located at 720 Main St. Registration is required by June 22nd, and participation is limited to 20 individuals.
