The Knoxville City Council will hear a public safety building presentation at their meeting Monday night.

The presentation will be done by Wendel who is the architect for the new public safety/city hall building off of Highway 14 in Knoxville. Also at the meeting the council will consider approving a notice to bidders and ordering bids for the public safety building project, the purchase of Amkus rescue tools for the Knoxville Fire Department, and there will be a mayoral reading of a National Parks and Recreation Month proclamation.

The meeting will close with the council entering into closed session regarding litigation. Monday’s Knoxville City Council meeting will start at 6:15 pm at City Hall.
