The Simpson football team will look to win their third straight win over Buena Vista today as they travel to Storm Lake to take on the Beavers. Simpson narrowly lost to #7 Wartburg last week, and are averaging 33 points per game and face a Buena Vista team that is scoring only eight points per game and giving up 20 to their opponents. Storm quarterback Jayden Thoreson has thrown eight touchdowns to just one interception this season along with 773 yards through three games and the Storm defense has forced eight turnovers. Head coach Reed Hoskins tells KNIA Sports the Storm will have to keep momentum from the start of their season and not let up after a very physical Wartburg contest.
