The Knoxville Volleyball Squad will round out the regular season on Saturday with the annual Panther Invitational. Knoxville will be joined by seven other teams from around the area and state as Pella Christian, Albia, Ballard, Creston, Roland-Story, Union and Decorah. Coach Mollie Keitges tells KNIA/KRLS Sports Decorah called early in the season and asked if they could come down. She adds this is always a great day of volleyball because of the competition her team will see.

Keitges: “Excited to see some different teams and really good competition and it’s great to have that kind of volleyball in our gym and the kids want to see those teams and do well at our own tournament.”

This field is no slouch as the combined record of the eight teams is 144-83 with four of the teams, Knoxville, Ballard, Union, and Roland-Story winning their respective conferences. First serve is at 8:30.
