
The Indianola Police Department and City of Indianola want to pass along multiple safety tips for those going out trick-or-treating tonight.
Indianola Police Lt. Brad Metcalf tells KNIA News parents/guardians should accompany their children and help them in selecting their treats, mask holes for costumes should be large enough to see through easily, walk on sidewalks or as near to the curb as possible, and motorists should drive at reduced speeds and watch for pedestrians in areas where trick-or-treating is occurring among others.
