Marion County Public Health held their monthly providers meeting on Monday.

The meeting provides healthcare and community organizations an opportunity to inform the public of updates within their respective organizations. A large group of community organizations were there to provide those updates. There is a presenter at each meeting, and on Monday, the presenter was Patrick Mullen from Suncrest Hospice. Mullen discussed services Suncrest offers, hospice care in general, what the definition of hospice care is, and situations where an individual can graduate out of hospice. 

The Marion County Providers meetings are held the first Monday of every month.
