
Simpson Men’s Track and Field Holds at Ninth in USTFCCCA Regional Rankings
The men’s Simpson track and field team ranked ninth in the midwest region in the latest USTFCCCA Regional Rankings.
The men held on to the ninth spot for the second week in a row, and sits less than eight points behind eighth place Dubuque. The Storm joined five other A-R-C schools in the top-10 including No. 1 Wartburg, 2. Central, 3. Nebraska Wesleyan, 6. Loras, and 8. Dubuque.
Simpson holds nine top-10 regional marks, highlighted by Rouce Sayee‘s leading time in the 400m Hurdles, and six marks in the top-50 nationally.
Simpson hosts the 2026 Kip Janvrin Open starting on Friday with all track events and most field events taking place on Friday. The Javelin and Hammer will take place Saturday morning.
