The Indianola City Council will set a public hearing for a rezoning application for the Kentucky Ridge Commercial Plat 1 at their second regular meeting tomorrow. Other agenda items include the considerations of a few different liquor licenses, public hearing regarding a rezoning application for Well Built HomesProperty, and strike the public hearing for a complaint filed on the Trailridge Casey’s General Store for tobacco sales permit violations and accept the acknowledgment/settlement agreement for cigarette civil penalty for violation.
Other discussions include direction on an amendment to Chapter 122, Peddlers, Solicitors and Transient Merchants, direction regarding a Traffic Impact Study Policy, and direction regarding Council Policy on appointments to City boards and commissions. The board will then enter a closed session to evaluate the professional competency of an individual whose appointment, hiring, performance, or discharge is being considered.
The Indianola City Council will meet at 6 p.m. tomorrow night at the City Council Chambers.
