Today is the final day for this stretch of severe weather across the state. Storms are expected to form in southwestern Iowa and Nebraska before organizing into a line and moving east across the state. Large hail and tornadoes will be the primary threat early on, but as storms organize, the threat will transition to damaging winds, a few tornadoes, and heavy rain. KNIA/KRLS will have live, on-air coverage of any tornado warning in Marion, Warren, and Jasper Counties, or severe thunderstorms impacting Pella, Knoxville, Indianola, and Newton.
