
The Knoxville City Council approved six facade improvement grant applications at their meeting Monday.
The six applications are for the City’s 2026-2027 facade grant program. Also at the meeting, the council heard mayoral readings of a National Emergency Medical Services Week and National Public Works Week proclamations, held a public hearing and approved a Fiscal Year 26 budget amendment, held a public hearing for the Knoxville CDBG Downtown Facade Revitalization Project, and approved support for a Kading Properties workforce housing tax credit application.
