In their penultimate 2026 regular-season game, the #2 in 2A Norwalk girls soccer team defeated #8 in 2A ADM on Tuesday, shutting them out 5-0.

After reaching 150 career wins last Friday, head coach Andrew Messer led his Warrior squad to another victory to start this week, taking down the Tigers in their home stadium. Norwalk’s collection of five goals came from Addy Wood, Aubrey Holcomb, Tatum Miller, and two contributed by Avery Drymon, all seniors. Wood recorded her team-high 11th goal of the season. Occupying the assist column were seniors Pearl Brown and Ella Seeley.

The Warriors move to 13-1-2 with the win as they approach their final regular-season contest of the year in the form of an away matchup against Bondurant-Farrar on Friday, which was rescheduled from opening night due to weather. The Blue Jays were the team to end Norwalk’s 2025 season, eliminating them in the regional championship by one goal. Following Friday’s contest, the Warriors begin their postseason, awaiting the winner of Creston and Knoxville in the regional semifinals, resuming action on Tuesday, June 2nd.

Friday’s game in Bondurant will begin at 7 p.m.
