pavillion

The Cordova Pavilion, which overlooks Lake Red Rock, is available for rent for any event this summer.

The open shelter house was built in 2014 at Cordova Park and is 105 feet long and 60 feet wide, providing 6,300 square feet under roof. There are 30 wood picnic tables included inside, and the Pavilion is located on the West side of Cordova Park at 1378 county highway G28. The Pavilion is ADA accessible, has electric outlets, a parking area, a modern restroom, a large green space area adjacent to Pavilion, pressurized water and refuse cans. Marion County Naturalist Karen Johlas-Szalkowski says this is a great space for any gathering.

“The pavilion overlooks Lake Red Rock. It’s a large area with picnic tables, it has restrooms there, you have access to the trail as well. It’s just really great for those larger events where you want to have a large scenic outdoor space but still a casual type of event.”

The pavilion can be rented for $400 a day. Reservations can be made following this link
