The Neal Smith National Wildlife Refuge in Prairie City will hold a Christmas Bird Count on Sunday January 4th at 8:00am. Volunteer for this event to learn more about birds while helping to collect important survey data. The findings will allow scientists to study the health of Iowa’s bird populations.
