The Norwalk Easter Public Library will hold a Teen Halloween Party on Friday October 24th from 6:30-8:30pm for kids in grades 7-12. Celebrate the Halloween season with a costume contest, spooky crafts, and treats, put on by the Teen Leadership Council. Registration required by loging on to norwalklibrary.org
