Boys Tennis:
The Indianola boys tennis team tied for third place at the Little Hawkeye Conference Tournament in Pella Tuesday with a combined team score of 36 points. Bryson Rehmeier was the flight one champion with a victory over Wyatt Coburn of Norwalk. In the flight two bracket, Blake Allen finished second as, well as the duo of Lane Jurgens and Eli Mills in the first doubles flight. In doubles flight two, the team of Thomas DeWall and Carter Larson finished sixth.

Boys Soccer:
The Indianola boys soccer team hosted the Norwalk Warriors Tuesday night that ended in a 0-0 draw. The Warriors maintained possession for a majority of the match with countless corner kicks all match long. Despite the numerous opportunities for Norwalk, the Indians defensive effort was enough to keep the Warriors off the scoreboard. Junior Goalkeeper Van Kauffman had a few excellent saves as well between the pipes. With the draw, the Indians are now 5-6-4 on the 2026 season and will look ahead to the regular season finale tomorrow night on Senior Night at Simpson College against Ottumwa with the match beginning at 7:30 p.m.

Girls Soccer:

The Indianola girls soccer team traveled to Norwalk High School Tuesday night fresh and well-rested with it being just their second match in a twelve day stretch. To compare with the boys match between the two schools, the contest ended in a 0-0 draw. The Indians are now 4-4-2 on the 2026 season and will turn their attention to a road contest tomorrow night at Des Moines Lincoln for the regular season finale with the match beginning at 7 p.m.
