The Pella baseball team added to the win column in a road trip to Washington on Monday with a 9-4 victory. The Dutch opened with three runs in the top of the 2nd and another in the 3rd before the Demons responded with four runs in the bottom of the 3rd. A five-run top of the 5th inning was the difference for Pella. Colt Koeppen was 3-for-4 at the plate with a double and earned the win on the mound with two scoreless innings and two strikeouts. The Dutch wrap up the regular season on Wednesday with Bondurant-Farrar before seeing the Bluejays again on Friday in the Class 3A postseason.
