After weekend rain pushed it back a day, the Pella boys golf team will try to qualify for state today at their home course. The Dutch are hosting the Class 3A District at Bos Landen, aiming to send the team to the state tournament. The Dutch will contend with Washington, Fairfield, North Polk, Ballard, and Newton. Action is slated to begin at 1 p.m. today at Bos Landen.
The Pella girls soccer team continues the regular season with the Little Hawkeye Conference finale. The Dutch will hit the road to take on DCG this evening. Varsity action begins at 7 p.m. in Grimes.
