
The Pella School Board approved extending several sharing agreements with nearby school districts at their meeting Monday. The board is going ahead with a one-year extension to operational sharing agreements, including business services, human resources, and technology services with North Mahaska, and facilities management and special education direction with Lynnville-Sully. The board also approved a five-year exclusive beverage contract with Mahaska Bottling, considered an additional stadium speaker project request, and had a second review of 600 series policies in the district handbook. Superintendent Greg Ebeling announced that activities director interviews will be held this Wednesday following the resignation of current AD Matt Fouch. Current Des Moines Christian AD and former Pella Assistant Principal Jon Muller and current Middle School Activities Director Nick Fynaardt were announced as the finalists.
