The #12 ranked in 2A Pella girls soccer team took a trip up Hwy 163 to play SE Polk in a non conference battle, winning 2-1. Pella struck first in the 32nd minute as McKyndree Treft found Harper Guess. The Dutch struck again in the 36th minute on a penalty kick by Avary Hunsinger. Pella is now 4-4-1 on the season. They next travel to Indianola on Monday.

Pella’s boys tennis team swept Pella Christian 11-0. Singles victories on Eagle Lane included Trevin Sutton, Ryker Jones, Brayden Van Horn, Malik Fisher, Hayden Johnson, and Porter Carlton.

The Pella boys golf team won on a fifth-score tiebreaker at their home tournament Thursday. The Dutch shot a 316 overall. Kyler Besick carded a 74 to lead the Dutch, followed by Cole Floden (78), Landon Reynolds (82), and Anderson Dana (82).
