The Pella boys golf team won the overall Little Hawkeye Conference series of meets, finishing with a 297 team score at home on Monday. Senior KJ Besick won the individual title, shooting 287 over the four meets held this spring. Landon Reynolds scored a two-under 70, placing third overall, and Cole Floden’s four-meet score earned him second. The Dutch boys begin the postseason Wednesday with the sectional meet at Fairfield.

The Pella Girls Golf Team placed 3rd at the last of three conference tournaments, held at the Pella Golf and Country Club on Monday. They shot a 368 as a team. Leading scores for the Dutch were Moriah Reynolds (84, 5th place), Harper Phillips (91, 9th place), Carlyn Henry (95), Mackenzie Johnston (98), and Payton Roose (98). The Pella Girls Golf Team placed 3rd for 2026 as well, based on the point system for each of the conference meets. Individually, the Dutch had three All-Conference members for 2026: Carlyn Henry 10th Place, Harper Phillips 7th Place, and Moriah Reynolds 6th Place.

It was a senior night celebration and a final tune-up ahead of this Thursday’s state qualifier for the Pella track and field teams at home. Both Dutch teams ran away with the overall victory.
