The rollovers and levies will be going down for Warren County taxpayers in the 27 fiscal year as mentioned in a presentation to the Warren County Board of Supervisors Tuesday. Citizens assessed value will have a slight decrease as the tax will be set at 44% compared to last year’s fiscal year budget that was 47%. Even with the ten percent value increase, with the lower rollbacks and levies, urban taxes are set to go down from houses valued at $100,000-$750,000. Rural taxes for citizens with houses of $750,000 will have a $12 tax increase between last year’s fiscal year and this one if increased by ten percent on the assessment.
