The Twin Cedars Softball Squad will open up class 1A regional play on Monday hosting Moulton-Udell. The Sabers and Eagles have played twice this season already with the Sabers getting run-rule victories in both games. Khloe French and Jordyn Greatbatch have been the biggest offensive threats for the Sabers this season. French with 36 hits and 22 RBIs and Greatbatch has 29 hits on 22 RBI and three home runs. As a team the Sabers are averaging 6.5 runs per game while Moulton-Udell is giving up over 15 runs per contest. While the Sabers have a huge advantage in every statistical category and are heavy favorites Coach Brad Arends tells KNIA/KRLS Sports the postseason is a one and done scenario.
