Funeral services for Earl Martinache age 89 of Knoxville will be held on Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. at the Bybee & Davis Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Ruckman Cemetery. Mustang Boys Must Get On The Horse Early And Often

Like many of the area boys basketball teams, P-C-M will have to get things going in a hurry this week. In their first nine games all before the Christmas break, the Mustangs play Heart of Iowa Conference contenders Roland-Story, Gilbert, and Bondurant-Farrar and throw in that mix a game against Pella Christian this Thursday. Coach Fred Lorensen says with nine games in the next 23 days, there is no time to relax. P-C-M starts off with a road game against Colo-Nesco tomorrow night, then plays Pella Christian Thursday, and then new Heart of Iowa Conference member Nevada on Friday.
