A federal transition to digital television takes place Friday, and Marion County residents with analogue sets can still purchase a converter unit so they continue to work.  Both Radio Shack stores in Knoxville and Pella tell KNIA/KRLS News that there are plenty of digital-to-analog converter boxes available.
