A resolution outlining project plans and opening bids on a sewer project is among the items on this week’s Pella City Council agenda. In other business, the council will consider the third and final readings of ordinances involving the city’s electrical code, building code, and defining graffiti as a nuisance. Following the regular meeting, the council will enter into closed session, as allowed by Iowa Code, to discuss legal matters. The Pella City Council meets at 7:00 p.m. Tuesday night in the Public Safety Complex.
