One thing that sticks out to this season’s Knoxville Boys Cross Country squad is that there are no seniors on the team and two freshmen have been running for the Panthers. Wick Cunningham and Jacob Moats are the freshmen. Coach Mike Moats says Cunningham and Jacob Moats have finished high enough at several of the meet to make a difference in the standings. Moats adds the guys have made it a goal to not just get to state but to do well. Along with Cunningham and Moats, Jamie VanderVeer, Timothy Shepherd, Erik Ryan, Alex Edwards, and Lane Colwell will represent Knoxville tomorrow in Fort Dodge.
