Members of the Knoxville Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors were at a ribbon cutting Friday at the DQ Grill & Chill on Highway 14 after a recent remodeling the restaurant went through. DQ Grill & Chill co-owner Jim Sperr tells KNIA/KRLS News the main goal of the remodeling – which included an expanded drive-through, interior work and new signage – was to put more emphasis on the food the restaurant serves. Sperr says a grand opening is set for after the first of the year.
