The Knoxville School Board made some very important decisions and changes to the district at their meeting this week. Superintendent Dr. Randy Flack says that now they know what is going to happen physically, it is now time to try and redefine themselves as a district. Flack says they will be taking a close look at what parents, students and the community want them to provide as far as educational opportunities here in Knoxville. He says they plan to focus on necessary advancements such as technology needs and implementation of the Iowa Core Curriculum. Flack says there are a lot of things to keep them busy yet excited about the future of the Knoxville school district.
