Knoxville Mayor Don Zoutte held his monthly Coffee with the Mayor event at Hy-Vee Thursday afternoon. Several people attended the discussion where Zoutte, City Manager Dick Schrad and Police Chief Dan Losada addressed several topics such as the community visioning process, golf cart laws in the city, events planned for nationals and general obligation bonds. Schrad reminded attendees that there will be a public hearing held July 6th to discuss priorities for the general obligation bonds. The next coffee with the mayor will be held at Findlay’s Smokehouse and BBQ Thursday July 15th at 4pm.
