As tough of a stretch the Knoxville Baseball Squad had last week with seven games in five days, the Panthers week this week may have fewer games but the competition does not get any easier. Knoxville does not have any games until Wednesday when Norwalk comes to town for a varsity double header. Coach Steve Mott says Norwalk will likely come in rather motivated after Knoxville blasted the Warriors a few weeks ago 10-1. Mott adds they also still for the most part control their own destiny in the conference race. If playing Norwalk was not enough, Friday Pella comes in. Mott ads that loss last week still bothers him and the players. He says the guys got the entire weekend off before getting back at the practice field this week.
