After a two-and-seven season that saw only 18 players come out for Twin Cedars football last season. This season, according to Coach Jared Jensen numbers have more than doubled and there is a renewed spirit in the Sabers Football program. He says one reason is because the juniors were left with a sour taste after last season and have said they do not want to repeat a 2-7 season again. Jensen adds the offseason workouts and camps leading up to Monday’s first practice have been very positive. He says around 40 kids are out from junior high to varsity level.
