A Minnesota man has been arrested on a Marion County warrant after a nearly one month investigation by the Knoxville Police Department. Police Chief Dan Losada tells KNIA/KRLS news his department received word from Minnesota authorities that 60 year-old Patrick Michael Dudley of Fairbault, MN sexually assaulted a minor he was traveling with on a trip to Knoxville on June 10th. Losada says the young girl was under the age of twelve and did not report the incident to anyone until after she returned home to Minnesota. Dudley was arrested earlier this week on charges of 2nd degree sexual abuse and indecent contact with a child. His initial appearance is set for August 20th at 9:30am in the Marion County Courthouse.
