IN THE PAST TWENTY FOUR HOURS THE MARION COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPUTIES RESPONDED TO EIGHTEEN CALLS FOR SERVICE. Including but not limited to one report of livestock out, one report of a suspicious person, one report of a domestic, one residential fire, two vehicle unlocks, four property damage accidents, five reckless driver reports, and three other calls.

THE MARION COUNTY JAIL IS CURRENTLY HOLDING TEN SUBJECTS.

IN THE PAST TWENTY FOUR HOURS FIVE SUBJECTS WERE BOOKED INTO THE MARION COUNTY JAIL; Randy William Andreasen charged with Theft 4th. Corey Lane Feagins served an Arrest Warrant. Joshua Everet Montgomery charged with Simple Assault. John Duane Followill Jr served an Arrest Warrant. Abbie Kay Sutherland charged with Driving Under Suspension, No Insurance, and Operating Non Registered Vehicle.

AS WITH ANY CRIMINAL CASE, A CHARGE IS MERELY AN ACCUSATION AND A DEFENDANT IS PRESUMED INNOCENT UNTIL AND UNLESS PROVEN GUILTY
