Funeral services for Louisa Havens, age 96, of Des Moines and formerly Pleasantville will be held on Thursday at the Mason Funeral Home at 10 a.m. Burial will follow in the Middle River Cemetery, Carlisle.
Louisa passed away on Monday at her home. Survivors include her children; John (Shirley) Havens of Des Moines, Mary (Don) Chidester of Sheridan, WY, Otto (Mary Ann) Havens of Florissant, MO, Emma Black of Seattle, WA, Dorothy (John) Rullman of Altoona, Alan (Diane) Havens of Tiffin, Alberta Kibbie of Des Moines; brother, William Hansen of Carlisle, numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
The family will greet friends from 9:00 a.m. until time of service on Thursday at the Mason Funeral Home.
