The Knoxville Baseball Squad was hoping to travel to Newton last night and stop a three game losing streak. Instead the Panthers encountered rude hosts in the Cardinals and took an 11-1 loss. Knoxville is now 6-5 on the season and have dropped below the 500 mark in Little Hawkeye Conference play at 3-4. After the weekend off, Knoxville gets back into conference play with five difficult conference games all on the road beginning Monday with a double header at Norwalk.
