IN THE PAST TWENTY FOUR HOURS THE MARION COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPUTIES RESPONDED TO THIRTEEN CALLS FOR SERVICE, including but not limited to two return phone calls, two motorist assists, two reports of reckless drivers, two reports of theft, two reports of harassment, one report of a missing person, one deceased person, and one report of assault.

THE MARION COUNTY JAIL IS CURRENTLY HOLDING TWENTY THREE SUBJECTS.

IN THE PAST TWENTY FOUR HOURS TWO SUBJECTS WERE BOOKED INTO THE MARION COUNTY JAIL;
Lonnie Andrew Essick charged with driving while barred.
Jesse Charles Solmes charged with assault with injury.

AS WITH ANY CRIMINAL CASE, A CHARGE IS MERELY AN ACCUSATION AND A DEFENDANT IS PRESUMED INNOCENT UNTIL AND UNLESS PROVEN GUILTY
