Incumbent Knoxville School Board Candidate Tim McDonald says as enrollment declines and eventually levels out, it’s important the district spends their resources wisely over the next few years. He says that lessons have been learned through the rightsizing of the elementary schools that can be used at the middle and high school level. He feels that the board and administration have done a good job involving the public in discussions, and will continue to do so.
