Arraignment is scheduled for Friday morning for 51-year-old Donald Reece in Marion County District Court. Reece has been charged with 1st Degree Robbery after he allegedly attempted to hold up the Kum N Go on East Main Street in Knoxville last weekend. Reece is accused of walking into the gas station with what appeared to be a gun, forcing the clerk outside. He fled without receiving any money, and was tracked down and arrested soon afterward. When arrested, Reece was found with a BB gun. The arraignment is scheduled for 9:30 am. If convicted, Reece faces up to 25 years in prison.
