Pella Public Works has informed KNIA/KRLS that Vermeer Road, between East 13th Street and 240th Street will be closed today. The road will close starting at 9 this morning so that emergency repairs to the water main in the area can be done. The current schedule has the road re opening at 3 this afternoon.
