The Pella Opera House will be playing a classic film this weekend. The Music Man is a 1962 film based on the play of the same name. Its about a man who comes to the fictional location of River City, Iowa, to scam the town’s residents out of their money, promising them that he’ll create a marching band. The film starts at 7pm on Sunday, and audience participation is encouraged. Tickets cost $5.
