A Knoxville man has been charged with nine counts of third degree sexual abuse after allegedly having sexual contact with a 13-year-old girl multiple times earlier this year. 19-year-old Joshua Michael Klein, of Knoxville, is currently in the Marion County Jail and is set to make an initial appearance in Marion County District Count this Friday. According to court documents, the alleged incidents occurred over a two month timeframe this past spring. Each count carries with it a maximum of ten years in prison, meaning Klein faces up to 90 years in prison if convicted on all counts.
