At their meeting on Tuesday night, the Pella City Council approved an agreement between the city and Wesleylife LLC for improvements to the Wesleylife Campus. The agreement deals with utility and sewer lines on the property, which is on North Main Street. The city will build utility lines connecting that property to the city, not just for Wesleylife LLC, City Administrator Mike Nardini explains, but to open up the North side of town to further development.
