A Knoxville man has pled not guilty to multiple counts of felony sexual abuse. 19-year-old Joshua Michael Klein was charged with nine counts of third degree sexual abuse earlier this month after officials alleged he had sexual contact multiple times with a 13-year-old girl this past spring. A trial date has been preliminarily set for November 13th. Klein will appear in court next for a pre-trial conference on October 12th. If Klein is found guilty on all charges, he could face up to 90 years in prison.
