The first Knoxville Bike Nite of the year is this evening on the Knoxville square. Hundreds of motorcyclists will visit the downtown square to listen to live music, socialize, and visit restaurants and vendors. The band “More Than This” will provide tonight’s entertainment. The downtown square will be closed at 5pm tonight to prepare for the event, which runs from 6-10pm. Temperatures are expected to be in the low-to-mid 60s this evening, with clouds but no chance of rain. Bike Nite was scheduled to open its 2013 season last month on May 3rd; however rain and cold conditions forced organizers to cancel it.
