The Army Corps of Engineers Rangers at Lake Red Rock have an educational program scheduled for this afternoon that will teach you about cold blooded critters. The Pella Wildlife Company will be at the Red Rock Visitor Center with some of Iowa’s cold blooded animals, called Ectotherms. Ectotherms rely on nature to adjust their body temperature. If you are interested in learning more about these native creatures, meet at the Red Rock Visitor Center at 1 pm today.
