Registration is open at the Knoxville Recreation Center for some of their most popular youth activities. Rec Center Director Brandon Nemmers says that signup is ongoing for both youth soccer and youth flag football. He explains that they offer two different leagues for flag football – first and second graders, and third and fourth graders. Nemmers adds that soccer is for kids ages three through third grade. These will be the first activities held on the new Rec Center Grounds field.
