Wednesday is the annual Central College Organic Garden party from 4pm to 6pm. The public is welcome to tour the garden, try some of the produce, and learn about some of the techniques used for growing, and preserving food. The garden is located at the corner of West 4th and Peace Streets. Central Biology Professor, and co-manager of the garden Paul Weihe says that the best part of their location is that since it’s only a block from campus, they can easily bring classes to the garden, and food from the garden back to campus.
