Knoxville’s City Council met this week. The council approved appointment of three new members to Knoxville Fire and Rescue, including one cadet. Among other items on the agenda were the replatting of a private property; the third reading and adoption of an ordinance pertaining to the operation of off-road vehicles on city streets; and notification of an acceptance letter to the DOT for the Red Rock Industrial Park and Rail Port Plan grant funding. All items were approved.
